1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Every item undergoes a strict quality inspection at our headquarters in Guangzhou before being carefully packaged for shipment.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We provide two shipping methods for our international customers. Please note that all import duties and taxes are prepaid by Guiliana Jewelry.

3. Shipping Origin & Tax Commitment
Direct from Studio: All jewelry is dispatched directly from our primary fulfillment center in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China.
Tax-Guaranteed Service: We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) protocols. Guiliana Jewelry bears all import duties, VAT, and customs fees. Whether you choose Standard or Express shipping, you will not have to pay any extra fees at the time of delivery.
4. Real-Time Tracking
Once your package leaves our Guangzhou facility, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment directly on our website or through international carrier portals.
