30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@guilianajewelry.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. For **S925 Sterling Silver** items, please note that slight oxidation is a natural property of the metal and can be easily cleaned; this is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items or "Clearance" items.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings that show signs of being worn cannot be returned (unless they arrive defective).

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
